Your privacy.

Last updated 17 September 2026

QuoteForge is Arthur Espinosa’s freelance web design service in Sydney. This page explains what happens when you visit this website or contact Arthur about a project.

When you make an enquiry

The contact form asks for your name, email address, business name and project details. Only include information needed to discuss your website. Please do not include passwords, payment information or sensitive personal records.

Your enquiry is sent through FormSubmit to Arthur's Outlook inbox. Arthur uses these details to respond, discuss your requirements and prepare a quote. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

Services involved

FormSubmit processes the form submission and delivers it by email. Microsoft Outlook stores the resulting email. FormSubmit uses spam protection, which may include Google reCAPTCHA. These providers process information under their own policies, and may process it outside Australia.

Read FormSubmit’s privacy policy, Microsoft’s privacy statement and Google’s privacy policy. FormSubmit says it retains submissions for up to 30 days in its submission archive.

Website visits and the demonstration

This website does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The hosting provider may process ordinary request information, such as IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect the site. Fonts may be requested from Google Fonts.

The sample plumbing enquiry demonstration runs in your browser. Its sample values are not emailed or saved by QuoteForge.

Your enquiry details

Enquiry emails are used for project communication and related business records. To ask about information you have sent, request a correction, or request deletion, use the contact form to reach Arthur. Some records may need to be kept for an ongoing project or applicable record-keeping obligations.
